- Handle Inbound And Outbound Calls.
- Telling Them About Courses/ Product Connected With Pre-Generated Leads Via Voice Calls.
- Giving course information to parents and students on call.
- Reach Out To New Leads & Explain Them About Courses.
- Achieve Targets.
- Convincing them to visit the centers.
- Taking follow ups and making closures.
- Keeping a record of calls and relevant details.
- Responsible for handling sales over the phone entirely.
