Executive - Telesales - eCommerce (0-4 yrs)
Primary Responsibilities :
- Manage Outbound calls.
- Generate sales leads.
- Call Customer and tell them about new products or about new deals.
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
Candidate Profile :
- Good communications skills
- Should have experience in Outbound process/sales/field sales.
- Can do 100-150 call in a day.
- Should have basic knowledge of computer.
- Any Undergraduate/ Graduate
- 0.6-3 years- Experience in Ecommerce Sector
