Executive - Telesales - eCommerce (0-1 yrs)
Designation - Executive operations (CSA)CSA is required to take inbound calls related to seller requests, queries and complaints for Flipkart.

1. Must be an Indian Citizen and resident and should be 21-22 years of Age.
2. Must have excellent (Verbal) English communication skills and strong Hindi communicationskills with no MTI.
3. Should be flexible with rotational shift environment (Working Window- 9am to 9Pm).
4. Fixed 9 hours shift.
5. No transport facilities are available.
6. No Meals.
Eligibility Criteria:-Graduate.Diploma (10+2+3).
Experience:0- 6 Year customer service experience.(70% experienced & 30% freshers).
- Handle the queries and concerns of the Sellers.
- Voice support.
- Nature of calls are inbound.
- Tagging the calls on the portal with details.
CTC: Ranges between 18500 - 21000pm
Voice portfolios.Flipkart customer service profile.
6 days a week, Operations, rotational off.
