Job Title : Telesales Executive
Location : Hyderabad/Chennai
Functional : Digital Sales
Sub Department : Digital Channel
Purpose Of The Position :
- Looking for a result-driven team member to be responsible for achieve the organization's objectives and increase sales through Digital Process
Duties & Responsibilities :
- Should have at 6 months of experience in outbound sales, telesales environment.
- Must have strong interpersonal skills.
- Adequate experience of handling and successfully closing sales deals (complete sales cycle)
- An aggressive personality, driven by performance would be a good fit for this role.
Functional Skill Required :
- Strong analytical skills and ability to handle complex sales situations.
- Negotiation skills
- Relationship building skills
- Good knowledge of Business
- Telephone Etiquette / Skills

Reporting Relationships :
- Will be directly reporting to Team Leader
Minimum Requirements :
- Educational Qualifications 10+2, Any Graduate
Years of Experience :
- Minimum of 1+years of experience in Telesales/BPO
- Excellent communication skills.
- Confidence and with strong negotiating skills.
- Computer literate.
- Strong organizational skills to give the team direction.
Additional Skill Required :
- Good command on English & Tamil (Chennai) Telugu (Hyderabad)
- Any Other Specification Strong Interpersonal skill /Team Player
