Executive - Telesales/Customer Service (0-1 yrs)
We are looking for an international voice process executive to join our Cochin team. He / she must be fluent in English.
Responsibilities include :
- Support sales process by making outbound calls and explain products and services offered by the company.
- Keep an updated customer database
- Communicate with customers to understand their requirements and needs.
- Calling existing and potential customers to encourage the purchase of product or service.
Requirement :
- Proven experience in tele sales role or other customer service role
- Fluent in English
- Willingness to work with UK/US shift
- Basic knowledge in computer

Salary: - 15,000.00 - 22,000.00 per month
