Executive - Telesales - Credit Card/Loan Product (1-5 yrs)
- We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Tele Sales Executive to join our team and sell our Loan/Credit Card products. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in inside sales, with 1-5 years of experience in selling Credit card / Loan products.
Responsibilities :
- Make outbound calls to prospective clients and convert them into customers.
- Engage with customers to understand their financial goals and requirements.
- Provide accurate information about our Loan/Credit card products, including their features, benefits, and returns.
- Address customer queries and concerns and provide appropriate solutions.
- Follow up with customers on a regular basis to build long-term relationships.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Requirements :
- 1-5 years of experience in inside sales of Loan/Credit Card products.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong convincing skills and ability to handle objections.
- Knowledge of Credit Card/Loan products.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets.
- Good computer skills and proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
Education and Certification :
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
- Certification in Financial Planning, Investment, or Insurance will be an added advantage.
