Job description :
- Attend incoming calls and make outgoing calls to inform and update customers
- Present data correctly and attend all customers on time and with courtesy
- Good communication skills. Should be proficient in Marathi, Hindi and English (verbal & written)
- Should be able to converse fluently on phone, understand customer requirements and pitch appropriately
- Should be follow processes, ensure systematic follow-up with the customer to achieve time bound targets
- Should be able to work with the team to achieve targets and should take measures to address customer queries
- Should represent the company in a positive light
