Executive - Telesales - BPO (2-3 yrs)

Job Description:

A leading company in Bangalore is looking for Tele-Sales Executives for their Bangalore location.

Role and responsibilities:

- The sale executive should have at least 1.5 plus years of work experience, preferably in sales, either face to face or over the phone. Should be well-versed in communicating in English & Hindi.

- The sales executive (tele) will be responsible in achieving set individual targets, handle members with outmost respect & importance.

Education: Graduate

Designation: Sales Executive

Experience: 1.5year + tele sales experience

Salary: 180,000 to 240,000 p.a.

Location: Ulsoor, Bangalore

Shift timing: Mondays to Fridays: 9:30am to 6:30pm, Saturday : 9:30am to 2:00pm

Role Profile:

1. Receive inbound & dial outbound calls to help members with their travel plans

2. Answer member questions, as well as question members to obtain full understanding of what information is being requested.

3. Document all calls with regards to member inquires accurately.

- Monitor CRM so call returns are done in a timely fashion.

4. Follow-up with members within a 24-hour period in regards to the initial phone call. Even if it is to just touch base and let members know that their inquiry is still be researched.

5. Provide quality customer service on every call.

6. Communicate clearly and effectively with members, and good listening skills.

7. Recognizing and managing assertive member calls.

8. Achieve daily, weekly and monthly revenue goals.
