Executive - Telesales - BFS (0-2 yrs)
Key Responsibilities :
- Generate new business opportunities by actively seeking out potential clients through cold-calling, networking, and other forms of outreach
- Meet and exceed sales targets by promoting and selling our loan products to potential clients
- Conduct loan product presentations and demonstrations to potential clients and explain the loan application process
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, and identify opportunities to cross-sell and up-sell loan products
- Monitor market trends and competitors' activities to identify new business opportunities and stay up-to-date with industry developments
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, client interactions, and loan applications
- Work closely with the loan processing team to ensure timely and accurate processing of loan applications
Qualifications :
- 0- 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the financial services industry
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Knowledge of loan products and financial services industry regulations and practices
- Demonstrable track record of over-achieving quota
