We are looking for talent with 1+ years - 4 years of experience to join plywood and furniture manufacturing company

Education Qualifications : Graduate/ Post Graduate/ Any.

CTC - 2 LPA - 3 LPA + Incentives.

Responsibilities :

As a Telesales Executive, the primary responsibility will be to connect and identify potential retailers, wholesalers & distributors of plywood PAN INDIA via phone calls, brief them about our manufacturing, pitch the sales, and take orders on the phone calls. Reply to the queries in the best interest of the company. You will play a pivotal role in building relationships with customers and assessing their needs to buy and maintain the relationship for further relationships.

1. Conduct thorough business research to identify potential leads and target markets.

2. Develop and deliver compelling sales pitches to showcase the benefits of our products and services.

3. Meet and exceed sales targets.

4. Build and maintain relationships with clients through effective communication and follow-up.

5. Successfully create business from new and existing clients.

6. Manage complex negotiations with senior level executives.

7. Build rapport and establish long term relationships with the customers.

8. Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in the market.
