Executive - Telesales (1-3 yrs)
Roles and Responsibilities :
- To utilize inbound and outbound telephone calls to achieve sales targets.
- Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address them.
- Communication Skills
- Proven experience as a telesales representative or other sales/customer service role.
- To handle the queries of the customers.
- Generate Sales and interact with prospective customers through modes likes Mail, Phone, Chat, etc.
Requirements :
- Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong negotiation and consultative sales skills.
- Good spoken and written language skills.
- Good in Excel and managing data.
- Excellent problem-solving skills
