Responsibilities :
1. Calling existing customers to persuade them to purchase company products and services.
2. Accurately recording details of customer communication/purchase orders/enquiries in CRM/system provided by company.
3. Developing & sustaining solid relationship with customers to encourage repeat business.
4. Using sales scripts & training data provided by the company to drive sales and respond to customer queries.
