Executive - Telesales (0-2 yrs)
- Candidate should have experience in tele marketing,
- Calling the client and fix the appointments
- Explain our services to customers.
- Need to call 100 number per day
- Do the next follow up with the customer and need to updated ERP software
- Update the report and send to Team Leader
- While BDM person traveling then need to give tele support from office
- Should try to convert the order
- Once order converted then the quotation send to customer with the support of TL
- After sending quotation, need to follow up again all the customers
