We are Looking for a passionate Tele-Sales Executive who is willing to make a significant impact, drive sales and revenue for the company.
1. Understands patient profile, needs & problems to explain the benefits of OneCare services.
2. Advises patients about our services through structured discussions and handhold the patients through their buying journey
3. Can use EMR platforms to book appointments, make notes on the laptop etc.
4. Ability to work independently with limited supervision
1. Has Bachelor's degree and excellent written and verbal communication skills (Kannada, Hindi and English)
2. Preferred candidates with prior experience in Consultative Selling from Health-tech, Ed-tech background.
3. Proven Experience with strong telesales background: 2+ years managing direct B2C sales in the medical/health sector.
4. Attitude of a team player who can easily adapt to the dynamic environment of a startup.
5. Willingness to learn with an incredible team and is a hustler with a 'get things done' attitude, is comfortable with a fast-moving start-up environment and can multitask.
6. Should have a working knowledge of MS Office - Word, PPT, Excel.
