Location :- Noida
Qualification :- B.com Graduate/PGDBM Finance.(NISM-8 Preferred)
Experience :- Fresher with Good communication in Hindi & English
Working Days :- Monday- Friday (9:30AM-6:30PM)
Purpose of this role
It is a voice profile and the candidate shall be responsible to handle live customer calls related to financial products offered
Key responsibilities :
- Handling inbound and outbound calls.
- Client handling, servicing, trade placement and query solving
- Working in predefined Compliance parameters.
- Retention of clients and Cross selling
- Outbound calling for Client Activation & Servicing
- Maintain AHT, call abundant ratio and predefined call quality parameters.
- Completion of assigned task in specified TAT
