- Conduct outbound calls to prospective and existing clients.
- Introduce company products/services, explain features, and benefits.
- Maintain a database of leads and follow-up regularly.
- Achieve set targets for lead generation and sales.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
Requirements :
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Proven experience in telecalling for sales.
- Ability to persuade and negotiate effectively.
- Basic computer skills for data entry and CRM management.
