Executive - Telecalling/Telesales - Real Estate (1-3 yrs)
- Our client is a premier real estate firm providing comprehensive commercial and residential services in the bustling Delhi NCR region.
The Job :
Your responsibilities will include :
- Build contacts with potential clients to create new business opportunities.
- Explain the customers about the properties.
- Develop Trueman as a brand by ensuring service standards in line with company policies.
- Build a good working relationship with Clients.
- Maintain and Develop relationships with partners in person and via telephone calls and emails.
- Follow up with potential customers to prospect for new business.
- Calling/Meeting clients for doing need analysis
- Facilitate negotiation between buyer & seller.
- Understand the core values of the company and its goals.
- Developing strategies and visualizing the set targets till accomplishment.
- Possibly dealing with some major customer accounts.
- Track, collate and interpret sales figures and reporting.
- Markets go-getter and trend setter.
- Strong sales acumen with good sense and adaptation to organization culture.
Ideal Candidate :
- You have at least 1 year experience within a Telesales role, ideally within the Real Estate industry.
- You have working knowledge of real estate industry.
- You are a strong networker & relationship builder.
- You pay strong attention to detail and deliver work that is of a high standard.
- You are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environments.
