Urgent requirement - Tele Caller / Tele Sales Executive - Females (Manufacturing Company)
Good Communication Skills. Associates will be required to make receive calls from new / existing customers for product sales support . 12th Undergraduate are also welcome.
Exp - 0.6 to 1 Year
Skills - ( product selling on call / computer knowledge must) Qualification- 12th/graduation
Job Location - Nursery circle, Vaishali Nagar .
Responsibilities:
1- Place phone calls to potential clients from our computerized directory
2- Perform script (with necessary adjustments) to ensure consistency of sales program
3- Answer potential clients- questions about home improvement projects or goals
4- Generate between 5 and 15 sales leads per day
5- Set appointments with prospective customers based on our associates- schedules
6- Maintain computer, telephone and other equipment
7- Train other telemarketers when required
8- Communicate any problems, concerns or questions to supervisory staff
9- Refer customer complaints to supervisor for quality control
10- Communicate respectfully and politely with potential customers at all times
