The Job :
You will be responsible for :
- Selling Home Loan/Mortgage/LAP/Credit cards and other products/services the company offers through 100 calls every day.
- Calling existing and potential clients to encourage the purchase of items
- Recording all successful and unsuccessful attempts to close sales
- Communicating verbal acceptance of offers to our Sales team for closing
- Addressing clients' uncertainties, grievances, and suggestions on time
The Profile :
- This role is open to freshers interested in Customer Service or Telecalling.
- You have strong selling and influencing skills, with the ability to give a good sales pitch.
- You possess excellent interpersonal as well as written and verbal communication skills.
- You are able to adapt to fast-paced, evolving environments.
- You are a strong team player who can liaise with various stakeholders.
- You are able to build strong relationships and networks.
