Executive - Telecalling/Telesales - Broking Services Firm (0-5 yrs)
Job Title: Executive Call & Trade
Location: Noida
Key responsibilities:
- Handling inbound and outbound calls.
- Client handling, servicing, trade placement and query solving
- Working in predefined Compliance parameters.
- Retention of clients and Cross selling
- Outbound calling for Client Activation & Servicing
- Maintain AHT, call abundant ratio and predefined call quality parameters.
- Completion of assigned task in specified TAT
Basic Requirements:
- Good communication skills (English)
- Strong customer service and activation & retention skills
- Fresher can apply - those who want to make there carrier in stock market/ Broking/Capital Market.
- Having Market Knowledge (equity, commodity and Capital market) would add an advantage.
- Understand basic computer skills of using email, Microsoft office
- Graduate from recognized university or college.
