- Should have persuasion skills and basic real estate market knowledge.
- Should have worked in pre-sales or sales in real estate or BFSI sector( sales experience will be a plus).
- Ability to gauge the customers' sentiments
- Should be able to fulfill our mandate of 120 - 140 calls per day
- Should have a positive attitude and will to learn.
- Need to be a good listener and should be adaptive to work culture.
- Should be able to handle the pressure.
- At least a Graduate with minimum 1 year of experience in Pre Sales / Inside Sales / Tele Sales.
