The Job
You will be responsible for :
- Liaising with Product Managers to provide feedback from clients about product requirements.
- Explaining the project details to the new prospect clients according to their requirement
- Handling the customer queries and problems.
- Making 300 cold calling per day with strong follow ups
- Managing the calling report daily in excel sheet
- Daily targets should should be achieved by calling 300 cold calling and generating the qualified leads.
- Updating the qualified leads to the sales team for meetings and site visits.
- Working closely with Sales to ensure successful closure of the sales process.
Ideal Candidate
- You possess a Degree/Diploma in any field.
- You have at least 1 year experience, ideally within a Telesales role.
- You have strong communication and interpersonal skills and a proven track record in building relationships with senior level executives
- You have working knowledge of cold calling, convincing ability, call etiquette, inside sales, target oriented, ms excel, strong follow ups, customer handling, good communication and warm calling
- You pay strong attention to detail and deliver work that is of a high standard
- You are a strong networker & relationship builder
- You are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environments
