Executive - Telecalling - Pharma (0-1 yrs)
- Call new customers and tell about products and services offered by client companies.
- Also call old customers and informing them about the renewal of insurance policies, warranties. Customers' Data will be provided by the company. Should keep updating in excel sheet all their calls, responses and sales.
- Answer queries of old customers and provide them solutions and guide them.
- Explain about services offered properly and convince the customers .
- The candidates should have good communication skills and should be able to satisfy the customers according to their queries/needs. Should be able to communicate in Hindi, Marathi or any other regional language that the process requires.
