Executive - Telecalling - IT (1-3 yrs)

Key Responsibilities :

- Research prospective B2B accounts in targeted markets, pursue leads and follow through to a successful agreement.

- Understand the target markets, including industry, company, project, company contacts, and which market strategies can be used to attract clients.

- Generating new leads, converting them, and generating revenue for the business.

- Coordinate with the marketing team and sales team to create contract-winning proposals for current and prospective clients by framing creative content, ideas, and strategies.

- Contact potential clients through video/voice calls, messages, and emails.

- Negotiate contract terms with clients and communicate terms to stakeholders.

- Develop relationships with prospective clients, while maintaining existing client relationships.

- Become a subject matter expert on business products, processes, operations, and remain up-to-date on industry news.

- Aiming to meet and exceed the sales target.

Requirements :

- Bachelor's/Masters in commerce, finance, and management studies.

- Min 2 years of proven work experience in Sales/Business Development or similar role

- Demonstrated experience in B2B Sales.

- Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques (Cold Calling, Lead Generation, End to End Sales, Market Research, etc).

- Excellent written and verbal skills, including facilitation of group presentations.

- Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines.
