Executive - Telecalling - IT (0-3 yrs)
We are looking for telecaller executives to assist us in customer queries and sales. The telecaller would need to -
- Handling sales/promotions team to achieve targeted no. of group creation from respective campaigns.
- Providing regular reporting
- Coordinating with team and vendor of respective segment to get best output
- Handling all promotional activities and achieving targets from those using creative ideas to get customers.
The ideal individual would -
- Have good communication skills in Hindi, Marathi and knowledge of English
- Be able to grasp basic financial terminology
- Be hard working and process oriented
- Be open to learning and changing track/path at short notice
