1. Handling Customers
2. Inbound calls/cold-calling
3. Should be polite and patient while talking to customers and clients.
4. Explain about the company services and products to clients and customers.
Skills :
1. Good communication skills.
2. Answerable to customer queries.
3. Cold-calling expert.
4. Take follow-ups from potential clients and customers.
Qualification : minimum 12th pass
Experience : 6 months experience or freshers may apply.
Salary Range : 10k - 25k
Location : Delhi, India.
