Executive - Telecalling - Education Startup (0-2 yrs)

Job Summary :

Our client is an education start-up.

The role of a tele-caller is to make phone calls to prospective clients and convince them about our training courses.

Responsibilities and Duties :

- Calling minimum 50 prospective clients per day.

- Convince them about your world class training courses.

- Send email and whats-app communication to all contacted clients.

- Follow up with clients for admissions in to our programs.

- Maintain MIS of customers called and contacted.

Qualifications and Skills :

- Graduation degree is preferred, undergraduates can apply too.

- Good communication skills are a must - good command over English and Hindi.

- Basic computer knowledge (Excel, Email etc) required.

- Candidates having experience in education tele-calling will be given preference.

- Preferred experience is 0-2 years, Freshers are welcome to apply.

Benefits :

- In hand salary of Rs. 10,000 to Rs. 12,000 per month.

- Incentive of Rs. 500 to Rs. 1,000 for each admission.

- On an average 15-20 admissions can be targeted by a tele-caller hence incentives can be Rs. 8,000 to Rs. 10,000 per month.

- Mobile reimbursement, paid leaves and fuel reimbursement for official travel.
