Executive - Telecalling - Digital Marketing Agency (1-2 yrs)
We are seeking dynamic and results-driven Telecalling Executives to join our team for an exciting new project :
Responsibilities :
1) Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to introduce our digital marketing services.
2) Qualify leads based on predefined criteria and gather relevant information.
3) Engage with prospects in a professional and convincing manner to generate interest in our services.
4) Set appointments for sales representatives with qualified leads.
Qualifications :
1) Previous experience in telecalling, telemarketing, or customer service is preferred.
2) Excellent verbal communication skills with a clear and confident speaking voice.
3) Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
4) Goal-oriented and self-motivated individual with a passion for achieving targets.
5) Familiarity with digital marketing concepts is a plus.
Requirements :
1) 12th/Graduate/Post graduate
2) Proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets in a similar role.
