The Job:
You will be responsible for :
- Handling inbound calls and emails in a professional manner.
- Attending to request and resolving inquires from parents in a timely manner
- Identifying opportunities to convert inquiries into admissions
- Ensuring strong customer satisfaction
The Profile :
- You ideally have some experience in a Customer Service role, within the Education industry. Entry-level individuals are welcome to apply!
