Job Description
Preferably Female Profiles
Responsibilities :
- Responsible for handling the customers inquiry and coordination with Sales team and Follow-up with customers.
- Customer Relationship Management and updating the database.
- Build a strong relationship/trust with customers by understanding the customer requirements and suggesting the right product to the Customers.
- Address all the issues/grievances of customers and provide the right customer experience.
Skill and Competencies required :
- Language skills English, Hindi and Regional language
- Ability to interacting with customer over the phone and Email/Social Media Chat
- Basic computer skills MS Excel, Word.
- Good knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g. CRM software) and other Basics of computer.
Job Type: Walk-In
Salary: - 15,000.00 - 25,000.00 per month
