Executive - Telecalling - BPO (1-3 yrs)
Job Overview :
- We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as a BPO Telecalling Executive. This is a junior-level position with 1 to 3 years of experience. The role will involve handling current account process for our clients. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and be able to build rapport with customers over the phone.
Qualifications and Skills :

- 1 to 3 years of experience in BPO Telecalling or customer service role
- Excellent communication skills in English and any regional language
- Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities
- Good knowledge of current accounts and banking processes

- Flexibility to work in shifts
