Executive - Telecalling - BPO (0-4 yrs)
- BPO in Andheri East, Mumbai.
Position : Telecalling Executive
Location : Powai, Andheri East, Navi Mumbai
Qualification : HSC or above
Note : Freshers are also eligible to apply
- No Regular Students are eligible
Job Timing : 9:30 am to 6:30 pm
Working Days : Monday to Saturday
Salary : Upto 23k CTC( 21k - In hand)
Requirements :
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in English, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to a diverse audience
- Proven experience in lead generation, preferably in the BPO
- Highly motivated, self-driven and goal-oriented mindset
Responsibilities :
- Proactively research and identify potential clients through various channels
- Qualify leads based on predefined criteria, ensuring they meet target audience and have the potential to become high-value clients
- Build and nurture relationships with prospects through effective communication, including cold calling, and email campaigns
