Executive - Telecalling (1-4 yrs)
Job description (Tele Caller)
- Making outbound calls for generating leads.
- Supporting marketing activities through mailing and cold calling.
- Maintain MIS reports and update the management on the status of all the prospects.
- Ability to develop and maintain a positive working relationship with clients.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions Inbound/ Outbound calls
- Follow up with leads.
- Book appointment for field sales team with the emphasis on high - quality leads.
- Interacting with the customers and providing them the information about the company products and services.
Eligibility (Tele Caller)
- Graduate/Under Graduate with 1-3 year of experience
- Hybrid working(Preferably from Pune)
- Excellent Communication Skills in English
- Should possess sound Analytical, Decision Making and Problem Solving Skills.
-Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint and Word preferred.
- Self-motivating skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively within a team environment as well as independently.
- Ability to deliver result display Personal Accountability
- Tele calling Experience with HR Heads/CEO/Senior management is an added advantage.
