Objective :
- The objective of this position is to deliver monthly sales targets while keeping quality and customer satisfaction as per Business standards.
Key Responsibilities/Duties :
- Timely login, adherence to business requirements.
- Calling customers and convincing for a personal loan.
- Filling the application form flawlessly.
- Timely follow up with clients to ensure better conversion.
- Managing the relationship with the customer until the contract is signed.
- Delivering required login hours, talk time & maintain wrap time within the specified targets.
- Achieving monthly targets.
- Replying to the inbound calls of the customer on priority.
- Possess a wise understanding of reports to understand the Daily/Weekly/ Monthly targets.
- Reporting issues to immediate supervisor.
- Applying the feedback delivered by Quality, Training & Team leader.
