Executive - Telecalling (0-1 yrs)
Key responsibilities:
- Form collaborative partnerships with clients & Customers to foster recurring business relationships
- Analyze account trends for clients to consistently enhance retention strategies
- Address queries and provide suggestions to continuously elevate retention levels
- Provide insights on strategies to enhance customer loyalty through feedback
- The last night shift timings can start from 11:30 - 8:30 am
- Seeking candidates with good calculations and basic maths.
- It can 24X7 hours shift as per the country with 6 days working in rotational shifts and rotational week off
Requirements:
- 0-1 year of experience
- Must be open for tele calling, generating business, promoting company products
- Very good English and Hindi speaking and writing skills
- 2022 or 2023 graduate Only
- No further plans for studies in the coming 2 years
- 6 days working in rotational shifts and rotational week off
