Telecaller Service Executive / Technical Support Executive
We are urgently require Telecaller Service Executive / Technical Support Executive for (IT Tech Support) in / US Shift for one of our Client.
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Taking outbound calls with USA client for IT software requirements.
- Able to generate lead from internet, Talk/Call and reply on email the based on the customer queries.
- Selling technical Solution to B2B & MNC Clients, B2B Sales (NO target).

- Must Have Experience in Outbound Tech Support for more than 2 months- 4 months
- Must have good convincing and sales skills.

Education: Any Diploma holder or Graduate.
Optional: Presentable / Smart candidates are preferable.
Know how to close their own calls.
