Executive - Telecaller/Outbound Sales (2-4 yrs)

Roles and Responsibilities : 

1. Lead generation and Business development.

2. Telesales and Achieving Sales Target.

3. Manage inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner.

4. Explaining about the product and services offered by the company over phone.

5. Contacting existing Merchants / Customers as well as prospective Merchants / Customers

using scripts and encourage sign-ups.

6. Obtaining and noting customer information and other relevant data.

7. Asking questions and understanding their specifications.

8. Resolving queries and issues related to the products and services.

9. Maintaining the database of the Merchants/ Customers on a regular basis.

10. Suggesting solutions based on customer needs and requirement.

11. Relationship building with the merchants.

12. Attending regular team meetings.

13. Daily reporting.

Desired Candidate : 

1. Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent.

2. More than 2+ years of relevant experience in B2B sales.

3. Exceptional oral and written communication skills.

4. Ability to work in a team or individually as and when required.

5. Outstanding interpersonal and problem solving skills.

6. Patient and ability to engage customer in conversation.

7. Exceptional attention to details.

8. Hard working

9. Ability to tolerate stress and pressure.

10. Work from office.
