Executive - Telecaller - Front Office - Plastic Surgery Clinic (1-3 yrs)
At Akruti, a leading plastic surgery clinic in Hyderabad, we are searching for an engaged Front office cum Telecaller executive to boost sales and by reaching out to current and possible clients. To this end, the Front office cum Telecaller executive will be required to have keen interest in the healthcare sector and specific knowledge of hospital and plastic surgery clinic services. He/she should be able to inform the prospective clients about the different surgeries and treatments held at the clinic.
Responsibilities:
- Welcome visitors and guests and direct them appropriately
- Responding to handle incoming and outgoing calls
- Take care of all the correspondence
- Maintain stationery and attendance registers
- Attending queries and escalating it to concerned department
- Studying the details of each offering and remaining abreast of updates to these offerings. - Obtaining and updating lists of individuals' contact details.
- Calling active and budding clients to promote the plastic surgery clinic services.
- Addressing clients' uncertainties, grievances, and suggestions on time.
- Noting important details of each conversation.
- Experience in working as a Front office cum telecaller for hospitals.
- Conducting each of your functions with the utmost respect, regardless of others' dispositions.
Requirements:
- Female Candidates Required.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior experience as a Front office cum Telecaller executive in the healthcare sector, especially hospitals.
- Computer literate.
- Superb verbal communication
