- Assist customers in completing necessary paperwork and documentation for account opening.
- Verify customer information and documentation to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Address customer concerns and resolve any issues or discrepancies in a timely manner.
- Coordinate with internal teams, including sales and compliance, to facilitate the account opening process smoothly.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and account opening procedures.
