We are Urgently hiring for a Real Estate Tele-caller/ Customer Relationship on the Executive Level.
Duties and key responsibilities
- Interaction with customers face to face, by email, and over the phone.
- Collection of CAM charges
- Liaisoning with customers
- Updating MIS on a day-to-day basis.
- Maintaining and updating records of customer interactions now and then.
- Work with team members.
- Achieve the required performance targets and standards by the business plan.
- Monitor and report progress and performance, provide feedback, and take appropriate corrective action.
- Ensure seamless interface with brokers and others if required.
- Ensure service to customers
- Prepare and present reports.
- Maintain effective communication at all times among the team including communicating
- instructions given by the top management.
- Implementation of leasing strategies in line with Management direction.
- Adhere to the systems and procedures that have been devised for the leasing.
- Generation of new leads and promotion of existing lead relationships.
- Analyze and shortlist potential tenants/leases based on requirements.
Skills and Knowledge :
- Good communication skills.
- Problem-solving skills, strong analytical and quantitative skills
Ability to work in a deadline-driven work environment
