Executive - Telecaller (0-4 yrs)

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Telecaller Executive to join our team. The Telecaller Executive will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers with the goal of generating sales leads, promoting products or services, and ultimately closing sales. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a persuasive phone manner, and a strong ability to build rapport with prospects.


- Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers using a provided list or leads database.

- Present information about products or services in a clear and compelling manner to generate interest and sales opportunities.

- Qualify leads and identify potential sales opportunities based on customer needs and preferences.

- Set appointments for sales representatives or schedule product demonstrations as needed.

- Follow up on leads and inquiries to nurture relationships and move prospects through the sales pipeline.

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions in the company's CRM system.

- Handle objections and address concerns raised by prospects to ensure a positive customer experience.

- Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets and performance metrics.

- Collaborate with sales team members and other departments to optimize sales strategies and achieve overall business objectives.

- Stay informed about industry trends, product developments, and competitive offerings to effectively position our products or services in the market.


- Proven experience in a similar telecalling or telesales role, preferably in the [industry or sector].

- Excellent verbal communication skills and a confident phone manner.

- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with prospects.

- Persuasive negotiation and objection-handling abilities.

- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in sales or marketing is a plus.

- Results-oriented mindset with a track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.

- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, as well as collaborate as part of a team.

- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and business needs.
