We are hiring for a residential and commercial real estate developer.
The Job
Job description:
- Handle in Inbound and Outbound calls.
- Source sales opportunities through calls and emails understand customer needs and requirements.
- Encourage customer to come for a Site Visit, and assisting them in the same.
- Ensure regular follow-up on leads with calls to addition.
- Maintain daily call details and customer information in the database.
Ideal Candidate
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Should be fluent in English and any other regional languages.
- 0-2 years of work experience in pre sales/real estate domain is preferred.
- Candidates should have experience into inbound and outbound calling.
- You have at least 1 year experience within a Telesales role, ideally within the Real Estate industry.
- Experience within Startup Experience would be a strong advantage.
- You are a strong networker & relationship builder
- You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders
- You are adaptable and thrive in changing environments
