Job Timings : 9:30 am - 7:30 pm.
Job Responsibilities :
1- Attending incoming & outgoing calls and transfer to concern department.
2- Checking mails and reply & also forward to concern person.
3- Welcome to visitors.
4- Keeping records of attendance of employees.
5- Tele calling to generate new buyer.
6- Explain about our project.
7- Arrange meeting if positive.
8- Depute executive to collect payment as well as site visit, if required by the customer.
9- Proper follow-up with exciting customer to mature the enquiry.
10- Keeping record for enquiry & existing customer
