Job Description :
- Assist Customer to solve their queries.
- Support to international Customer.
- Identify and evaluate opportunities to retain customers satisfaction.
Desired Candidate Profile :
- Candidate must have execellent and fluent communication skill.
- Ready to work in rotational shifts.
- Minimum experience of 6 months of domestic/international BPO
- Fresher with superior communication skill.
Education :
UG: Any Graduate - Any Specialization
Doctorate: Doctorate Not Required
Salary: INR 2,25,000 - 3,25,000 P.A. joining bonus, travel & accommodation.
