Executive - Technical Support - BPO (1-5 yrs)

Need Tech Support Executives for Inbound Tech Support Process(voice )
Responsibilities and Duties :
- Taking inbound calls from customers regarding pop-ups, email, printer issues
- To achieve weekly & monthly sales targets
- Diagnosing the issue and recommending the best plans to the customer
- Candidate should have excellent English communication
- Selling relevant software to customers
- Convert calls into sale
Desired Profile :
- Candidate's Age should be in between 18-32 years.
- He/ She must have Minimum 06 months to 1 year of relevant experience in same industry
- Candidate must be fluent in English
- Good analytical and problem solving skills are highly required.
- Must be Flexible with night shift
Educational Criteria:
Any H.S or Any Graduate or Any Post Graduates can apply.
Doctorates are not required.
Salary: Up to 25 k in hand
Other Benefits:
Salary is credited on 1st of every month.
Fixed Salary .Negotiate up to 25k + Huge Incentives (Monthly/ Spot) Apart from p tax there are no others deductions from the offered salary.100% attendance bonus + referral bonus+ loyalty bonus 5000 per year. Lucrative incentive on performance.
