Executive - Technical Support (3-6 yrs)
Requirements :
- Obsessed with solving customer problems.
- Passionate commitment to proactively closing sales deals by creating a powerful value proposition through technology
- Experience/exposure in digital marketing automation platforms preferred
- 5+ years of experience in coding/scripting/automation (Mobile App Development, Mobile SDKs, Shell scripting, REST APIs)
- A firm understanding of enterprise integration methodologies, best practices and API/SDK architecture and the unique opportunities omni-channel (Mobile, Web, SMS/MMS, Email, Social, Lifecycle) engagement bring
- Superior organisational skills working with multiple projects and can switch context quickly throughout the day with various competing demands
Responsibilities :
- Understands and qualifies customer goals and effectively articulate our ability to bring value to customers
- Ability to handhold customers through mobile SDK integrations
- Experience in scripting for data generation and data loading to maintain test/demo environments
- Setup common, upcoming and unique use cases to showcase value proposition via backend integration and frontend configuration
- Drive to architect solutions to bridge product gaps with customer ask that become minimal viable product and eventually lead to product enhancements
- Distil and advocate customer interests, needs and product feedback to Product Management, Engineering, Marketing and Sales
- Influence the improvement of Sales Engineering processes and practices
- Continuously learn and update skills and keep aware of industry trends in the MarTech space
