Executive - Technical Sales Support - BPO (1-3 yrs)
We are looking for a dedicated technical sales support executive who wants to be the part of such a reputed company like Adeeba
Job role:
Candidates have to receive the calls of our international customers related to their computers and help them to resolve their issues with the help of our technical service provider and when the customer get ready to pay for the service , candidates have to transfer the calls to them.
Job description:
- Candidates should have experience in any BPO company either inbound or outbound
- Candidates should be flexible to work in night shift
- Command in English language is mandatory
- Should have ability to convince the customers
- Any graduates and undergraduates with a minimum experience of 6 months are most welcomed
