Job Purpose :

- Create the best impression about Gaze IT Solutions Private Limited by lively engagement with the clients to help accelerate the future of frictionless commerce Retail ERP solutions to automate business operations.

- We provide the technical skills necessary to enable the effective use of technologies combined with the business context to leverage a solution to solve our client's business challenges ends with Gaze IT Solutions Private Limited.

Goals & Deliverables:

- To source, meet, Lead & onboard clients for Gaze IT Solutions Private Limited.

- Run a minimum of 2 - 4 campaigns each day to reach out to existing leads in the targeted and assigned area to generate as many prospects as possible.

- Continuously improving the lead-to-prospect ratio, the prospect-to-visit ratio, the prospect-to-decision ratio, the campaign success ratio, and the overall revenue potential of the prospects on a month-on-month basis.

- Meet existing customers in the area to review after-sales activities and to understand their needs to provide suitable solutions with the help of the Management Team.

- Follow the systems and processes and utilize the CRM tools effectively to ensure 100% quality information is entered in the CRM for all the leads and prospects engagements.

Role and Responsibility :

- Responsible for developing and identifying new customer networks across the Maharashtra region.

- To identify and research potential clients looking for ERP solutions (Software & Hardware support) to the customer end.

- Complete the lifecycle of customer lead management. Communicating with all customer leads and ensuring maximum conversions with the criteria set.

- Manage accounts through the entire sales process, outside field sales position, and physically at customer locations for business development, prospecting, and specifications.

- Negotiate deals and contracts at various levels within the targeted account, with primary focus/importance on Customers and enterprise-level negotiations.

- Pre & Post implementation support & reviews for all customers.

- Identifying new territories and markets. Should be able to identify/approve the proper location for customer acquisition.

- Prepare reports and help senior management in planning and forecasting trades and Markets.

- Carry out regular Market Research to understand competition and prepare future strategies.

- Any other suitable tasks, Projects, and responsibilities aligned by Management.
