Job Description :
- Delivery of team sales, quality and productivity targets, adherence to schedule, call monitoring
- Coaching & feedback, call responsibility for delivering the defined customer experience in every call
- Conducting performance appraisal for the team.
5-days working + fixed shift+Meal Free
- Good command over language.
- Should have good analytical & problem solving skills.
- Minimum of 1- 3 yrs of experience on papers as a Team Leader in Technical sales process.
- Currently we are looking for skilled Team Leader for Technical division of our BPO.
