Job Description
We are hiring for Technical Sales Executive (International / outbond Voice Process)
Responsibility: -
- Knowledge on Internet troubleshooting
- Need to Handle Inbound US Technical Sales/ support Calls.
- Attending Inbound calls relating to Computer, Printers, Router, Email Antivirus, pop up calls, ppc calls.
- Candidate must know how to trouble shoot Windows and MAC problems Candidate must be efficient in taking remote access
- Providing Technical Service's & Sell Warranty Plans.
- Fluent in English.
